Returns and FAQs

  1. What is the return policy and process?

    We will allow you to return unworn shoes within 30 days of receiving them.  Refunds will be made in the original form of payment.  Because we are aware that shipping partners do no always perform up to our standards, we ask that you follow these three steps.  First, email us at koshifootwear@gmail.com for a request to return.  Second, print the shipping label from your email.  Third, bring the label to the shipping partner.

    Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.  For returns from international addresses, please allow 4-6 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 2-3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

  3. I’m unsure of my shoe size.  What would you recommend to help me find the perfect fit in Koshi Footwear shoes?
    We recommend that you use the sizing scale located under the “Shop Products” drop list on our homepage.  You should then click on “Find My Size and Width”.  The printer friendly sizing scale should help you locate your size so that you are able to find that shoe with the perfect fit!

  4. Does Koshi Footwear have a physical store location?
    No.  As of now, we are strictly online based.

  5. Do I need to register before placing an order?
    You do not need to register before placing an order. You may register as soon as you have finished shopping.  Our check out process is fast and easy!
